FDM is a third generation family business, specialized in Made in Italy laboratory equipment, which designs, engineers and manufactures its products in its own factory.
We are located in Italy, and for some years we extended to international level, through the partnership of Distributors and Dealers.
This also allows us to have a consolidated and effective technical assistance network.
I have been using the climatic chamber for about 1 year, I only had a small initial problem on the software (the peak temperature rose 1 or 2 degrees higher than the programmed one), but the Customer Service was readily available to Solve it. The software programming manager connected remotely to my laptop and reprogrammed the chamber. Since then the room has been working without any problem.
We would like to expand our services by accelerating the testing times on samples. We managed, among others, to identify FDM, an Italian company and competent in producing scientific equipment. The staff provided us with guidance and all the right information to purchase the right machinery for our tests. Today we can provide an extra service and conclude with more customers.
Initially we did not know anything about FDM, but we were determined to choose it because of the competitive price. FDM climatic chambers can be used to perform various types of tests.
The main ones that are performed are those that are carried out for the climatic stress of the sample, but also those for the germination of plants or insects.
To produce a climate chamber there are times that can vary from one model to another. However, delivery can vary from 6 to 8 weeks. This period is subject to other factors and can be shorter, for example if the machinery is already in stock.
Climate chambers are not standard machines and therefore it is difficult to provide a fixed price. According to the different configurations, you get the real price of the chamber. In any case we try to help the customer, providing the best solution based also on the available budget.
